House was all locked up & very hot on our arrival, 30degree day, floor fans didnt really help. Privacy not good, can hear the upstairs bathroom being used in the downstairs bedroom ie the toilet being used! 1 shower for 3 bedrooms not ideal for 6 adults, there is space for another in the laundry room! "Mattress was in very poor condition with broken springs. Saw Cockroaches in the cabin on two occasions. TV chromecast did not work and very popr customer service. We have stayed at Tasman Parks in the past and would now reconsider. When we were ready to leave we realised that the conditions required us to strip bed linen and place in laundry bags and take out the rubbish. Which we did. At the rates charged this is completely unreasonable."

Carpets atrocious, heavily stained and fraying mats dangerous.sodden wet wall near unit entrance, no insect guard on door, smoke alarm not working,refrigerator iced up, bathroom floor/shower very slippery,(nearly fell over) bathroom vanity was a DIY job, very tiny vanity and sink clogged uo, slow draining, unfinished renovation to wall with some fixtures remaining,no face washers, no handtowels. Owner explained that people steal them so gave two fk8msy bathrowels instead, only 2 facial tissues in box,dirty mirror and surrounds wet, rust everwhere,"
