The hotel is very small, and there’s honestly not much to do, especially during the day. I ended up sleeping for part of the time because it was pretty boring. The first impression wasn’t great. The front desk staff didn’t feel welcoming, and there was no one available to help with luggage. Also, there’s no elevator, which made things a bit inconvenient. I understand it’s a boutique hotel, but even then, the overall experience just didn’t meet expectations. At check out we had to ask someone to help us back down the steps , left the key in the room the girl had the nerve to tell me I had to go back up the steps to get it , had to school her on hospitality very ridiculous. Was advised it’s European hotel so don’t except much so there’s that ! Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re visiting Curaçao. I’m not really sure why it’s so hyped—it just didn’t live up to it for me." The property was horrific. I saw multiple roaches in my room. I went and told the manager and the upgraded me to an ocean view on the beach room were the door had a large crack in it and I was bitten by mosquitoes all night long. I attempted to contact Hyatt's corporate office which they didn't take down my number or email and we hot disconnected. When I called back they said I never called in to that number. Hyatt is the worst I have dealt with and as much as I travel I will never stay at there hotels.
