Staff were helpful and friendly. The only drawback is the breakfast. No fruit or healthier options, even the oatmeal had maple syrup flavoring. The bagels ended up being our choice. Good coffee and free water. Parking is free. Overall we would rate it highly and return." Where to begin?! The host is amazing, responsive, & accommodating. The homes were wonderful. The big stuff was all there: cozy beds, fantastic location, great kitchen appliances, parking, clean, etc. It was the little things that made this a level-up experience: lots of towels (!!!), Nespresso machines & milk steamers, USB ports by each bed, pack ‘n play (with sheet), blankets, lots of seating in common areas, welcome treats (delicious), & a text with local events happening while we were there. Everything was just so nice. We walked downtown every day. It truly feels like a good friend welcoming you to their home. Also the check-out instructions were so easy. We just loved it and are already planning to return.
