3.8/5 Good! (1,001 reviews)
"The location is convenient to shopping, etc. The property is older and shows some signs of aging but the room was neat and clean. I was pleasantly surprised to have a coffee pot, mini-fridge and microwave!"

NEW! Idyllic Home on the Hudson: Updated Interior!
4/5 Good
Nice river view house with ample Trainspotting opportunities
"The house itself was recently renovated with an open floor plan between kitchen, dining area, and large tv area on first floor, three bedrooms on second w full bath. We enjoyed the reading nook on the second floor. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Decor was pleasant and not cluttered or too fussy. However, a few small adjustments could be made, including curtains/shades in master bedroom, additional towel hooks or rods in the bathroom, and a dish rack in the kitchen. There was no air conditioning and some evenings were uncomfortably warm even with windows open and dyson fans on full power. Location was much closer than expected from listing to a very busy industrial train line, which was very loud, especially at night. If we could have closed the windows (with a/c) it might have been more tolerable. Views of the FDR Hudson River bridge were lovely."

"The house is just right for folks looking to get together for a few days of catching up in bucolic surroundings that are convenient to the necessities. It gives a very Ice Storm-like feeling in terms of décor and layout, and the house comes with pretty much everything you’d need (and if something is lacking, grocery stores and the like are 10 minutes away). The deck lends itself to shared meals and conversations outside, and it’s got enough space for a small group of friends, a family, or perhaps two groups if you utilize the downstairs social areas, bedroom, and bathroom."

"This took motel stays to a new level! So clean and bright! The facility was so well kept up and sparkled ! Rooms had everything. Loved part wood and carpet. Great AC, towels fluffy and white, looked brand new. Loved the night light, didn’t need to plug mine in! Very close to everything we visited. Front desk informative and helpful. Definately stay here again. Price was great too! Thank you!"

"Our family enjoyed this cozy and comfortable little home as we visited family in NY. It was a perfect home away from home as everything (linens, towels, dishes, etc) were provided. It was clean and the owner was exceptionally helpful. Definitely recommend"
