Pontos positivos: 1- Espaçoso (realmente trata-se de um flat); 2- Chuveiro delicioso; 3- Cama confortável; 4- Café da manhã bem servido. Pontos negativos: 1- A internet não funciona bem, especialmente nos quartos; 2- Na recepção, quando chegamos, tocava uma música sertaneja extremamente alta e desagradável; 3- Não ofereceram toalha de rosto, apenas 2 de banho (éramos um casal); 4- Durante o café da manhã, tocava louvor em volume demasiadamente alto. Entendo que gosto musical seja algo pessoal, mas acredito também que, em um hotel, priorizar a neutralidade seja o ideal.

Lavatorio entupido, chão sujo. Chegamos ao apartamento apos o jantar, escorreguei e me magoei porque o apartamento estava aladago porque o vaso sanitário estava a vazar agua!!! Ligamos a recepção não tinha ninguém para limpar e diziam não ter outro para nos realocar. Após insistência arranjaram outro e tivemos que carregar sozinhos todas as nossas malas. Pior hotel que já estive.

Pior custo beneficio que ja tive. Apartamento simples, banheiro simples, carissimo. O sabonete liquido no box estava vazio, nao deixaram toalha de rosto.. tudo pessimo. No cafe da manha, as coisas acabavam e a resposta da equipe era 'acabou, nao tem mais'. Pior, quis uma agua ao final do cafe da manha, tive que COMPRAR, pois eles disseram que ja havia acabado o horario. Ridiculo

O restaurante esqueceu de preparar meu pedido de jantar no dia da chegada em Cuiabá. Em contato com a recepção para consultar como estava o preparo fui informado que estavam concluindo e que iriam levar no quarto. Porém o restaurante encerrou o atendimento e não levaram o meu jantar. Parece ser pc, mas eu saí de casa às 9h da manhã e fiquei o dia todo em viagem. O que eu mais queria era jantar e descansar.

Café da manhã excepcional, muita variedade, qualidade 5 estrelas. Funcionários atenciosos. boa piscina, ótima academia. Apartamento tipo flat muito bom a sala\cozinha, quarto e sacada, só o banheiro é um pouco pequeno pelo tamanho do apto. Infelizmente no meu apto não tinha tv a cabo, somente canais abertos, solicitei a tv a cabo e não fui atendido. Abajures do quarto estavam sem luz, 3 dias para consertar, esses dois problemas não deveriam acontecer num flat desse nível, na minha opinião.
