The house, renovated farm building is 2 km from the town of Santa Caterina, 10 km from the city of Cuglieri, it consists of a large living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and pantry, equipped with all amenities, heating, air conditioning, fully equipped rustic style. The house is surrounded by a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular views from this point you can see both the sea and the mountains. Barbecue and outdoor shower a large stone table for al fresco dining. In the country and also in the seaside resort you can find all the services of the bank, post office, supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Nearby, Ski Resort, tennis courts and the opportunity to discover the whole area full of nature trails spectacular waterfalls, caves, rock pools.
