About this property
Frontline penthouse with pool & parking and incredible views on quiet beach
- This penthouse is recently build and has a spacious living room of 30m2 with a large balcony and panoramic sea views. It counts 3 separate bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. There is plenty of storage space and built in cupboards. The apartment has central heating and air-conditioning in every room. It is child friendly with a highchair and a cot available. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Upstairs is a private roof terrace of 25m2, perfect for private sunbathing or a romantic or family evening, with a privileged panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea. You have at your disposal a spacious private garden with a playground, a sports field and a large swimming pool with paddling pool. You have your own indoor private parking space although the beach is just 50 meters away!
This apartment is our second home and is not the typical holiday apartment dedicated to the rental business with furniture and equipment of poor quality.
