Room was really very dirty, had someone come in to clean it, came back to the room still dirty, opened the fridge and it was lined with mold, pool was not working, jets in the room was not working, went to check out no one was at the front desk to check me out, missed my reservation to important meeting. They never showed I called the front desk five times before leaving a note with the keys to check out

While paying almost 200 dollars per night, we never saw any house cleaning, had the same towels for 4 days, the toilet snapped loose every time someone sat on it. the Air conditioning was very loud and the parking was poor. The property has not been updated in years and it shows.

Nice location. We walked to the Branson Landing from here. Our room overlooked the creek and it was nice to drink beers in the evening while sitting on our porch.

The staff were very nice. The hotel is ok. The linens were not at the caliber of the hotel. The onsite restaurant did not have a good breakfast . Menu appeared with no prices and we were charged $54 for a prefab breakfast of croissants. Nothing was fresh. The neighborhood was walkable to other restaurants for dinner.
