This was definitely a very rememberable experience with a six course meal. The food for the whole trip was some of the nicest I had. The view from our room was breathtaking. "Spent 2 days with family at hotel. Would definitely recommend. Quick ride to boat terminal. Room was clean. Pool was great for the kids. The 2 ladies, Diem Phuong and Duong Hue , were of great help. Some staff can speak English and Mandarin. Hope you enjoy as much as my family did. Only thing to keep in mind that buffet breakfast hours are different from weekdays to weekends. "
"Wonderful resort with breathtaking view from our room. Room is very clean, nice and comfortable. The staffs are very attentive, polite and helpful. Got our breakfast coffee made by Mr. Huy Thắng, very appreciate with the care by the staffs here. We love here so much that we extended our stay for another 2 days. The only thing need to be improved is the restaurant here is a little pricey for dinner and didn’t have much choices, had to go out for dinner. Other than that, we are really love this resort. "Hotel condition was very good but,poor receptionist service even hardly speak English.They told us breakfast including in your booking but next day they told us not including.We did choose that hotel because our relative wedding party was there to be honest party organized very well but after we checked out on the way with our firends we had phone call they asking they couldn't find one tea spoon in the room we said check again do you think we took it? After 5 min later we got second phone call they say they couldn't find it! We paid192$ for room and our relative paid over 50.000$ for big wedding party but they are asking for 0.20c worth tea spoon.🙁 It really embarrassed us to receive such a phone call among our friends. The fly is small but nauseating. Small details always matter."
