She not only arranged transportation but also patiently helped us with practical tasks like installing a local SIM card, setting up the Grab app, and recommending various local attractions. * Ms. Emma: Her translation assistance was invaluable for our travel needs, making our journey much easier. * Ms. Tee: Her thoughtful and attentive service at the reception and during our meals was a true highlight of our stay. This was a truly wonderful vacation, and the staff's dedication is why I highly recommend this hotel and give it a well-deserved 5-star rating. "

"We arrived early to a very busy hotel. Our room was not ready. A couple of hours later, the lobby was full of people waiting. About an hour after check-in time, the lobby was empty and we got our room. Staff were apologetic. That was the only hiccup. Everything else was excellent. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. The rooftop restaurant was good and the view fabulous. The breakfast buffet was excellent. All staff were helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel is located a little way from the centre of beachside activity, but a quieter area was a good choice and taxis to go elsewhere were easy to use. We enjoyed the beach, just across the road. We were especially grateful to Katy at reception. She was the one who tried her best to get us checked in and was, for the rest of our stay, attentive and helpful. We appreciated that. A great place to stay in Da Nang."
