"I was completely shocked and appalled at the horrific smell of sewage in our room. We then also encountered something in the bed that bit us the whole first night. Upon going to the front desk to inform them of the issues they did move our room. Yet when asked if we could get bell service to assist in the room change we were informed that there was a substantial wait for that service. To say that I was less than happy with my stay would be a complete understatement. If a manager would like to call me I will gladly let them know everything that was wrong so that they can correct it for future service of guests. "

"Stayed here for EDC weekend and honestly had a great experience overall. The room was clean, the pool view was nice, and the location on the Strip made everything super convenient. Staff was friendly during check-in and the mobile checkout process was easy. Resort fees and parking do add up, but that’s pretty standard for Vegas. Would definitely stay here again for another festival or weekend trip."
