I do wish the description explained the room would be on second floor with no elevator. There room was small, don't bring a lot of luggage with you."

"This is our third trip to Beulah and the second time staying at this home. Our (4) kids love the town and the house so much and ask about when we'll return. From the ease of grabbing coffee in the morning from the local shop, the ability to quickly walk to the beach for a short playgroup trip or a few hours playing in the crystal clear water of Crystal Lake, or the proximity to exploring what other beaches and areas have to offer, this house and location can't be beat. We joke all the time that we don't want anyone else know how about Beulah because it's such a gem. This year we picked blueberries, hiked the dunes, and explored Empire. In the past we've toured several nearby lighthouses and spent days in Frankfort, Traverse City, or exploring the Leland Peninsula. The options are never-ending and the area is just wonderful no matter what kind of vacation you're looking for. Every visit includes a trip to the nearby Alpaca farm and to all the wonderful playgrounds and ice cream shops in Benzie County."
Centennial House - Historic Home with Lakeview! Just 2 blocks from Downtown and Beach!

"We loved the location of this house in downtown Beulah and frequently walked to places we wanted to go, even with a 2 year old as part of our group. The fenced front yard was lovely for the kids and we enjoyed watching the weather from the back porch. Our main issue with the house was the steepness of the stairs with two young children and people in their 60s. A railing on both side of the staircase would be welcome along with a gate to perhaps lock across the top of the staircase to prevent fall from the upper landing in the dark. WiFi was slow and spotty for us. I discussed with the greeter person that some regular cleaning on the outside of the house in the porch areas (lots of spider webs and dirt) and some basic landscaping annually around the front porch would be welcome. We would definitely stay again as members of the family really preferred staying in Beulah over Frankfort, where we’ve stayed in the past"
