The in-room jacuzzi tub and fireplace made it feel more like a luxury getaway than just a hotel stay. The staff were welcoming and professional, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. One of the highlights for us was the breakfast delivered right to our room—it was fresh, delicious, and a really nice touch that made the experience even better. The location is perfect—close to all the main attractions, but still quiet enough to relax and unwind. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. "

"This is my 5th staying here. Location is ideal for walking 2 minutes to Clifton Hill. Staff is always kind. Room was clean. "

"The overall experience was disappointing. The cleanliness was poor, with noticeable stains on the bathtub and wash basin, and the sofa bed was extremely dirty and uncomfortable. Room service staff were rude, which made the stay even worse. On top of that, there were unexpected hidden charges, including a $10 fee for flip-flops, which was not clearly communicated. I would not recommend staying here."
