An exceptional, south-facing location with your feet in the sand.   
Ideally located just across the road from Postolonnec beach, our family home offers direct access to the sand and the sea: just cross a small road on foot!   
An idyllic setting for a rejuvenating holiday lulled by the sound of the waves and the wild beauty of the Crozon peninsula.  
  
A spacious, comfortable house by the sea  
Set in a large plot, this warm and functional house has three levels:  
  
Ground floor:  
\- Entrance hall, fitted kitchen, WC,  
\- Living/dining room with fireplace,  
\- Games room and TV (with single bed)  
  
1st floor:  
\- 3 bedrooms (with double or twin beds),  
\- A library room (with a single bed),  
\- Separate shower room and WC.  
  
2nd floor :  
\- 3 additional bedrooms (with double or twin beds),  
\- Separate shower room and WC.  
  
Breathtaking sea views from the living room, four of the bedrooms and the two shower rooms. You can admire the spectacle of the tides and the changing colours of the bay from your window.  
  
A paradise for sea and nature lovers  
Situated in the heart of the Crozon peninsula, the house is the ideal starting point for a wide range of activities:  
The GR 34 coastal path: 120 km of walks along the cliffs with breathtaking views,  
Water sports: surfing, paddling, kayaking, sailing, available on the many beaches in the area,  
Outdoor activities: cycling, boat trips, discovering sea caves, etc.  
For weekends of 3 or 4 nights, send us a message.   
  
Between swimming at the foot of the house, unforgettable walks and moments of relaxation facing the ocean, this house is an invitation to disconnect and feel good.
