The watchmaker’s house, downtown Crozon Come and discover the jewels of the Crozon peninsula by placing your suitcases in this warm town house, Vintage-inspired decoration, this old house once housed the shop of the watchmaker of Crozon. Located in the heart of the hyper center you can enjoy all amenities on foot and the beaches are within 10 minutes drive! The Church square and its market of daily fresh products will delight your taste buds and many shops will allow you to stroll discovering the artists but also the many regional products. Bakery, fish shop, butcher, supermarket, bookstore, cafes and restaurants, you can enjoy all the animation of the center of Crozon while being located in a very quiet street. This large spacious and pleasant 5-room house is composed on the ground floor: \- a comfortable living room with TV and desk area to lay his computer \- a spacious dining room equipped with everything necessary to miss nothing during your convivial moments \- a fully equipped kitchen \- a small patio that allows you to drink your coffee in the open air \- a laundry room with washing machine, sink and large hanging clothes-clotheshorse The 1st floor consists of: \- a spacious and bright room composed of a 2-seater bed with high-end bedding new (160) comfort +++, a large wardrobe, a small relaxation area and a TV \- a second spacious and bright room, composed of a bed 2 places (140), a large wardrobe and a small relaxation area with small armchairs and coffee table \- a newly renovated bathroom \- WC Private parking for 2 cars is available a few steps from the house, it is also very common to be able to park on public places and free in front of the front door.
