Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft (und auch die ganze Anlage) aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal renoviert werden. Leider war sie auch nicht wirklich sauber. Und man hört leider bis auf nachts immer die Lüftung des Hotels gegenüber, wirkliche Ruhe ist somit nicht gegeben. Insgesamt bewerten wir die Wohnung daher als überteuert angesichts ihres Zustands. Auf unsere Beschwerde hat die lokale Agentur leider auch nur sehr halbherzig reagiert und uns an den Eigentümer verwiesen, der sich gar nicht gerührt hat. Die Residenz ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Einrichtungen in der Wohnung, vor allem in der Küche, sind nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand. Aber Pool und Meer sind direkt vor der Haustür und die grosse Terrasse mit Aussicht ermöglichen Erholung pur. Vor allem SUP LiebhaberInnen, SeglerInnen und WindsurferInnen kommen hier auf ihre Kosten. ##### Evelyn S. La terrasse est géniale , meublée pour permettre de profiter au maximum. Équipement ménager plus que suffisant ,literie de qualité, en ce mois d’avril le calme de la résidence fut très appréciable .Nous y retournerons !!!!!!!!! ##### Micheline F.
