18 th century Cottage house close to the beach

  • This beautiful 18 th century house entirely renovated with taste is ideal for a family to spend a nice holiday at the water's edge. The house is located in Lesteven, a small hamlet of the Crozon peninsula 800 m from the beach of 'La Palue'.
    It has 3 separate bedrooms and a large living room of 45 m² with fireplace.
    The house has been completely renovated and newly equipped in 2013.
    Thanks to its beautiful garden and comfort you will spend some great vacation.
    A stone shared is available to store bikes, surf or other bulky equipment.
    There is parking in front of the house which can accommodate 3 cars.

    The house is the last of the village in deadlock, there is no traffic, you only hear the sound of birds and beautiful waves ...

    In addition to the rental, charges will be detailed below:

    Water : 2.0 Euros/m3
    Electricity : 0.10 €/kW

    Household Output: 60 Euros (or do it yourself), mandatory if you leave before 9 am
    Bed linen on request: 15 Euros per double beds and 10 Euros per single bed
    Towels on request: 5 € per person
