Large Smart TV with Xfinity high speed internet. Enjoy coffee on the front porch or end the day around the backyard firepit. Only steps from Downtown Crozet, 3 miles to King Family Vineyard & Chiles Orchard and 15 minutes from Charlottesville. Hiking, SUP, biking nearby. Pet-friendly with prior approval. Signed renter agreement required.

    FULL BATH: Centrally located between the bedrooms with new white vanity, new light fixture, new toilet, new tiled surround for tub/shower. Freshly painted.

    BEDROOM: This bedroom with hardwood floors features a queen bed with side table and lamp. There is a dresser and closet.
