"Arrived after closing and departed before opening so l cant comment on staff interaction. However text message directions prior to arrival meant that there was no fuss getting into the room late at night. The room was as described, neat and clean. I would recommend and stay there again when in the area."

Unfortunately the unit we were in did need work, still had broken blinds, cosmetic damage to aircon and a broken cupboard door and a bed where it was a struggle to get out as it was shoved next to a wall. For the price did expect more. But it was dog friendly."

"These old pubs always have character. The accommodation area was secure and everything was clean and nicely painted but still with all the original features like VJ walls and pressed metal ceilings. My room was at the back and there was no noise from the bar (it was a Saturday night) just the slight hum of the IGA refrigeration which was not enough to worry me. Had everything I needed and a bargain for the price."

Overnight stay. Would stay again.

"We were very happy with our stay. Not really a ‘cheap’ pub room, but the room was great. Small, but very clean and an extremely comfortable bed. Best sleep in a hotel or motel bed that I have ever had. The room was also very quiet, cold air con, nice and dark for sleeping. The bathroom was ‘meh’, could’ve been cleaner but it served its purpose. The food was great, steak was way too expensive for us, we both had a Schnitzel which was amazing. Nice outdoor eating area, fast and friendly service."
