"This Hostel is in a great location and the staff was great. It is very close to the bus depot and Ferry. There airport shuttle takes you to the bus depot and then it is a 5 minute walk. The site is just finishing up renovations, so not all amenities were available when I arrived."

"Amazing location and wonderful nice staff! The private room quarters are separate from the main hostel. Lots of stairs, like a lot!! Bathrooms were decent, hot water did not last longer than 5mins and the bathroom counter had ants, I was only there for 2 nights so I could overlook those things. Would stay again for the price."

"Sehr zentral gelegen – darin sehe ich den grössten Vorteil dieser Unterkunft. Die Umgebung beziehungsweise das Gebäude selbst wirken allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die saubere Toilette und Dusche sowie die Betten, Decken und die allgemeine Grundausstattung. Weniger angenehm waren der etwas strenge Geruch im Zimmer, der sehr laute Kühlschrank sowie die ausgeprägte Ringhörigkeit. "This a nice hotel in a great location. I’m glad I got to stay here. My room was modem, large, and clean. I appreciated the helpful staff and how housekeeping brings you chocolate in the evening! The breakfast area was well presented with a large selection of foods. In the evening I wanted to eat in the restaurant because it was late. There was no one there eating or any staff around. So I asked reception and they checked and said they were still serving. So I went back and still no one to greet me. I went to the other reception area and the person there recommended a good restaurant that was open late and not far away. So that was helpful and I appreciated that. I did feel like I wasn’t given much information when I checked in. Like the fact that I had to go to the other side of the hotel to access the gym and spa. ( there are two separate wings and reception areas) I also wasn’t told that there are limited hours for the gym and pool. The gym and spa area were great. It was the nicest, biggest hotel gym I had ever used. I really appreciated that amenity. I had a great 25 minute massage in the spa. I was unable to use the pool or jacuzzi because they close very early and I didn’t realize that. I went up there and it was not very inviting. It’s more of a bar area. Not many sun loungers . The staff did not seem friendly or welcoming. So that was unfortunate and took away from my stay a little bit. Overall it was a nice stay, but I did expect a little more from a 5 star hotel."
