The kitchen has granite countertops, new cabinets, new appliances ,stainless refrigerator and new furnishings throughout. The condo comfortably sleeps two in a queen bed. Full patio on the ground floor facing the mountain. There is a guest area in the main atrium for guest entertaining and gas grills on a common patio for grilling out. Centrally located, the condo is on the ground floor with easy access to the free shuttle bus to slopes/mountaineer square and town. The entire building smells of chlorine bc of the indoor pool that is not sealed off, and the unit itself does have a musty smell that did not really improve even with airing out. Aside from that, it was a good stay. Good price, great location! Bed was very comfortable, water pressure in shower was great. It was nice to have the little kitchen as well. Also it was literally right by the shuttle into town so that was very convenient! We loved being able to take the shuttle into the town. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the huge atrium and the easy access to the bus route right outside the door. We found the condo itself to be cozy and snug which is clear from the description, but hard to get a complete sense for from the photos. The front door opens into the bedroom and then a small hallway to the main common room which is living room and kitchen combined. It was very cozy and had everything you need for a stay. The kitchen was well stocked, and the living area was very comfortable to hang out in and watch tv. Minutes walking distance to the ski lift, and the back patio has beautiful views of Mount Crested Butte. We really enjoyed our stay in Crested Butte and at this condo. It was cozy and charming. The location is great, a short walk to the CB resort or hop on the free shuttle right outside the door if it's really cold. The shuttle is super convenient, running regularly to both the resort and the town. There's plenty of parking outside the condo. The condo is pretty small but thought has been given to how to maximize the space to accommodate luggage. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Everything's been updated and well decorated. The owner was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The commons area has a nice pool and hot tube. Plenty of indoor space for bikes as well. We'd love to visit again and would definitely choose stay here! ##### Allison M. I was under the impression that this was a no smoking unit. My girlfriend and I have had to clean everything we brought for the weekend because it all smelled like smoke after the stay.
