Penthouse style, top floor of Grand Lodge 1 bedroom at slopes at the Mtn base

I may be a few $ more than others but remodeled in early 2024 so nothing is outdated Pride of ownership and centrally located 200 yards to the chairs, free buses, and great restaurants. On the top floor of the Grand Lodge, Newer King bed and sofa bed, full service location, All the amenities of a 4-star hotel - Fitness room, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, fireplace lounge, on-site restaurant, slope side ski valet and much more. wifi door lock - go direct on arrival - no security deposit required.

There is a pending resort fee likely to be called a resort fee and will be $20/night effective sometime in 2024 but as of today 7/12/24 it hasn’t been approved by the board when approved It will be retro active to all Grand Lodge condo's other owners may not be on top of this so please be aware.

Great property! Very short walk to the ski lifts and the bus stop is right outside. The Grand Lodge offers free ski valet which was super convenient!

It is a nice property and well-stocked with everything you need for a long weekend in Crested Butte. All the kitchen utensils and appliances you would ever need. There is a heated pool and a nice workout facility as well. The host did a great job answering our questions and prepping for our check-in. Highly recommend!

Excellent place!

This was my husband, son and I's first visit to ski at Crested Butte and we couldn't have asked for a better place. The location is amazing. It's literally walking distance to the Red Lady and Silver Queen ski lifts, there's a bus stop to take you into town in the parking lot, and the Lodge has free a ski valet. The suite was the perfect size for the 3 of us and offered a kitchenette big enough to cook small meals. Everything was super clean and just as described.

A Walk to the base area.

The location was very convenient (Summer, Fall or Winter) as it was walking distance to the Crested Butte base area. This is a great unit for a couple or a couple with small children, although I would not recommend for more than 2 adults as the pull out is next to the kitchen. The unit is on the top (5th) floor with a view of the hillside across from the base area and is in a quiet location.

Affordable stay right next to slopes

This is a perfect efficiency for 2-4 people (we had 3) if you want an ideal location with all of the basics needs. The shower warmed up quickly. Plenty of pillows and blankets for beds. We were able to make a few meals in the room and then catch the free shuttle to Crested Butte for a few meals out. Nice pool and hot tub to soak in after a long day on the slopes. Easy check in and great communication. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to CB. Thank you!

Adore Crested Butte!

Thank you for sharing your cute space with us. It was well appointed, clean and centrally located. It was perfect for 2 of us. Anyone with more people may be a tad cramped in this lovely hotel suite style home. We were outside exploring, e-biking and hiking from this great location at the base of the slopes. The Aspen trees were peak and it was gorgeous! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We’d definitely stay there again.

Great mountain spot!

The property itself was great. Comfortable bed, secure building, close to mountain hikes. The only concerns were the lack of pepper, olive oil, hand mittens. It would have been nice to have these amenties included, as I consider these items basics. Also the TV did not have the capability to stream services. The hot tub was nice!

Everything about our stay was perfect. Scott has everything that you might need in his apartment and he’s great at responding quickly and even giving advice for first time visitors. Will absolutely come back in the winter and stay here again!
