ABOUT THE LOCATION
Perfectly situated at the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort (CBMR), this Newly renovated suite offers incredible access to year-round activities along with rare, guest-favorite amenities:
• Budget-Friendly Ski Access – While not directly slopeside, you’re just a quick and easy walk to the main lifts—no long treks or complicated logistics required.
• Ski & Bike Valet – Skip hauling your gear! Check skis or bikes with hotel staff upon arrival and enjoy easy pick-up/drop-off at the nearby resort kiosk (just 0.2 miles away, plus a short 50 ft to the Red Lady & Silver Queen lifts). Skis and Bikes are not allowed inside the unit.
• Heated Indoor/Outdoor Pool + Hot Tub – Relax year-round in the heated pool and hot tub, complete with ADA-accessible lift chair. Fitness center and steam room are also available for your use.
• Free Town Shuttle Access – Leave your car parked and hop on the free shuttle just steps away at Mountaineer Square (only 50 ft from the entrance), with service running as often as every 15 minutes during peak seasons.
• Walkable Essentials – A convenience store, liquor store, and deli are located directly across the street—perfect for quick and easy access to snacks, drinks, and meals.

ABOUT THE SPACE
This thoughtfully designed suite blends cozy comfort with functional space, making it ideal for couples, small families, or solo adventurers.
As you enter, you’ll find a welcoming bedroom area featuring a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, two nightstands, suitcase storage, and a flat-screen TV. Moving through the unit, you’ll pass the bathroom and closet before entering the spacious main living area.
The living space includes:
• A fully stocked kitchenette
• Comfortable fold out Queen sized Murphy bed
• Comfortable leather sofa
• Dining Bar and coffee table
• Ceiling fan for added comfort
• Another flat-screen TV
• Large window bringing in natural light and mountain ambiance
While technically a 1 bed / 1 bath unit, an additional public bathroom is conveniently located just outside the front door in the hallway. Elevators and an ice machine are also just around the corner for easy access. Complimentary wireless internet is available.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will enjoy full access to the private unit along with all shared amenities offered by The Grand Lodge, creating a seamless and comfortable stay from start to finish.

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES
• Pet Policy – This unit does not allow pets. Violations will result in a $500 fine and immediate removal. Only floors 1 & 2 are pet friendly. You may see pets on the 4th and 5th floors. If an owner is staying in their unit, then they are allowed to have a pet (this is the building’s HOA policy).

• Parking – One (1) parking pass is provided per stay in accordance with HOA regulations. EV Charging is available in the parking lot.
• No A/C – Like most properties in Gunnison County, this unit does not have air conditioning. However, two ceiling fans, a portable fan, and a large screened window help keep the space comfortable. Heat is controlled by a thermostat on the wall of the living room.
• Amenities Disclaimer – Building amenities (pool, hot tub, etc.) are managed by the lodge and may occasionally be unavailable or vary in condition/temperature. We cannot guarantee availability but will assist if issues arise.
• Signage Rules – Posting signage inside or outside the property is not permitted without prior written approval.
• Ski & Bike Valet – bikes and skis are not permitted inside the unit. Check your gear with the hotel staff when you first arrive then pick-up/drop-off at the resort kiosk during normal business hours.

Please note that we do not provide daily linen service as traditional hotels do, as our accommodations operate in an Airbnb-style format. Please be aware that this service is available for an additional fee of $100.
