Summary: Beautifully spacious 4BR/5.5 BA villa close to the slopes and many more amenities! Brand new hot tub! The Space: Start your vacation in luxury at this beautiful 4 bedroom Villa home in Mt. Crested Butte. You can easily walk to the slopes or ride your bike straight to the trails from this well located property. The base area is a short 5 minute walk away where you can also get on a bus that will take you to the town of Crested Butte. On the lower floor of the house, you will find a large media room complete with comfortable couches and a full bathroom. A large screen television on this level allows kids or adults to relax after a long day recreating. There is a twin rollaway bed for your use as well as a full laundry room. On the 2nd floor you will find dramatic views of Mt. Crested Butte from the windows of the living room or while enjoying the brand new hot tub on the adjoining deck. This floor has a great room with a fully equipped kitchen looking into the living room and the dining area. You will also find a powder bath. The living area has a gas fireplace and large screen tv. The primary bedroom with king bed flat screen television and ensuite bath with separate shower and soaker tub are also on this floor. Off of the living room area is a nicely sized deck with seating to enjoy the stars or a soak in the tub. On the 3rd floor you will find the remaining 3 queen bedrooms each with their own ensuite full baths. All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival. All of our properties have a 5 night minimum for the main summer of 6/26-8/8/2026 until 1/1/2026 at which point our minimum night stays will be reduced to 3 nights. We cannot rent to anyone under 25 years of age but children are always welcome with their parent or guardian. Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property. Parking: No trailers, RVs, boats, side by sides, ATVs, may be parked outside. These must fit inside the garage. All other vehicles, including cars and trucks, shall be parked in the designated off-street parking associated with the subject unit at all times (this is the garage and driveway only). The maximum number of vehicles permitted shall be limited to the amount of off-street parking associated with the subject unit which is 3\. No parking is allowed on any street, or in the overflow parking lot since the overflow parking lot is for owner use only. No parking on the grass of any unit. This is a non-smoking property. It was available for early check in, which was so greatly appreciated after a long hike in the rain to get there from Aspen. The hot tub was our first stop! The view was amazing, the beds were so comfortable, the ensuite bathrooms for each couple were fantastic, the kitchen incredibly well stocked. The gathering space was perfect with games, puzzles, recliner sofa, nice TV, deck space. We appreciated the walking distance to the ski area shops and bus into town. The pictures don’t do this home justice. The house is spacious, well furnished, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We also didn’t realize that we’d be a short 4-minute walk from the chair lifts at the bottom of the ski mountain or shuttles into town. It was so convenient. It had everything we could ever need and more. We were very comfortable with four large bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom. In addition, there is also a powder bathroom on the main floor and a full bathroom in the game area downstairs with a large shower. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed. We were pleased to see that the cooktop was gas. Although we enjoyed the hot tub, we were disappointed that it was not available to us the first two days of our four-day trip. The location is very convenient, but please be advised that there is some uphill walking involved to get to the ski lift. I love that this property is managed by a small property management group versus one owner. There was always someone to answer the phone. Mary and Shay were both very helpful, even helped us to ask around for a babysitter. Upstairs bedroom has a walk in closet big enough to be a "room" for a pack n play which made it easier for our kids to share a room. The house is huge, lots of space for kids to play out of the way. We had a (small) bridal party get ready in the living room for a wedding nearby and it was perfect. The rental has soap, salt, a few coffee pods, dishsoap etc. so you don't have to spend a ton of time setting up house. We called about one maintenance issue and it was fixed immediately. True walking distance from Elevations hotel and shops. Feels quiet but is very close to main road to go down to town. We will absolutely be staying again. ##### Elaine K. Better than the pics. The hot tub broke several times and the mgt had to come out for it. Never was really fixed, just a temp unsafe fix i think. The mgt doesn’t respond at night though. Also, the mgt company randomly took (and threw away) our many ice packs from the freezer. We had been there for 24 hours, so that was a weird thing to do. They did give us money back for that though. Overall, a good stay and a nice house with a decent mgt company. It is silly all the things people have to do to clean the house now considering the cleaning fee. Either have us clean with a minimal fee or you guys do it. But that seems like every property now. ##### Scott K.
