The bath towels also felt like the should be replaced. They were all thin and scratchy and felt well-used. On a brighter note, the staff were all friendly and helpful! However, we frequently had to search for someone when needing to retrieve/return our skis and when getting towels for the hot tub. They were all very responsive though. The location was very convenient when walking to the mountain base, and it’s a short drive to the downtown area.
