Enjoy staying right at the base area but still in a peacefully quite condominium complex. Remodeled in the fall of 2014! This 2 bedroom Crested Mountain North Condo is located approximately 100 yards to the main lifts and 150 yards to the Children's Ski School! Conveniently, placed across the street from the VIP parking lot at the main base area, which places you in the heart of the ski area in just a minutes' walk! Check out the snowfall in winter and the vibrant blue-sky days during the summers. All the amenities. Great for families! This beautifully furnished condominium has a King bed in the main bedroom, Queen Bed, and 1 Twin Bed in the 2nd bedroom and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room, easily accommodating 7 people. When you walk into the condo you immediately find the 2 main bedrooms and bathrooms along with the washer/dryer closet. Upstairs from these bedrooms is the living room, kitchen and dining room along and a 1/2 bathroom for convenience. Enjoy the nice sized wood burning fireplace (first rick of wood provided) for that perfect mountain ambiance! The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook as if you were at home! The balcony off the living room will give you amazing views of Mt Crested Butte as well as the Mt Crested Butte base area. The common areas feature an outdoor hot tub and gas grill. Town of Mt Crested Butte, Business License No. 303506. While we try to keep our calendars updated, it is possible that new reservations have not yet been added to the VRBO calendar. The (community) hot tub did not seem very clean, but that is not a direct responsibility of the condo owners. It has a very small space for putting on boots and getting ready for skiing, so you have to do that in shifts, but that is manageable. The only downside is that the pull out couch is extremely uncomfortable for the poor soul(s) who must use that to sleep on. The mattress desperately needs to be replaced and it falls into the couch wrong so the whole bed is angled down and is not flat. There also were no sheets for that bed, so we had to improvise. Otherwise, the house is warm and cozy, has what you need for cooking, and is very well located. The walk to the lift is literally 3-4 minutes (in ski boots) and it was easy to come back for a break so we did not have to rent lockers or pay exorbitant amounts to eat at the hill restaurants. I would come back because we really enjoyed the whole experience at Crested Butte. ##### Pamela C.
