history, just steps from world-class skiing. Originally built on the banks of the Gunnison  
River near Iola and relocated during the creation of Blue Mesa Reservoir, this beautifully  
restored cabin blends rustic charm with modern comfort.  
  
Unmatched Ski Access:  
Located just one block from Crested Butte’s groomed Nordic trail network, and 3½  
blocks from the free Town Shuttle to Mt. Crested Butte, this home is a skier’s dream.  
Whether you're heading out for a peaceful cross-country loop or catching first chair for  
powder laps, you’re never far from the action. After a big day on the mountain, store your  
gear in the heated gear/workout room in the detached utility building—warm boots  
guaranteed!  
  
The Home:  
• Upstairs master suite with king bed, walk-in cedar closet, and a luxurious steam  
 shower  
• Loft lounge with pullout couch and recliners, overlooking a sun-soaked south-  
 facing sunroom  
• Downstairs knotty pine bedroom with built-in closet and drawers  
• Fully equipped chef’s kitchen with double ovens, gas range, and a granite island

• A warm, plant-filled sunroom perfect for apres-ski relaxation  
  
With panoramic alpine scenery, postcard views from every room, and unbeatable access  
to 55km of Nordic trails and over 1,500 acres of ski terrain at Mt. Crested Butte, this is
