Previous review mentioned there being no hot water in this rental…well it still isn’t working!! Tried messaging 4 weeks beforehand to see if the problem had been resolved and got NO response. Why do you pay a ridiculously high cleaning fee when it’s not clean upon arrival?? There was a layer of hair in the showers, stains on the carpet/towels, butter exploded in the microwave and crumbs everywhere. When you contact the 24/7 assistance they tell you they’ll contact the local team and get back to you…well it’s 48hrs later, I’ve checked out, and still haven’t heard from someone. Not as advertised Location close to the mountain is the only thing going for this place. The building is older and in the hallways leading to condo inside smell horrible musty mold/mildew that continues into the condo. We arrived at 4 as told by check in instructions and the place hadn’t been cleaned. After phone calls and emails showing pictures and assured they would call back as soon as they knew when it could be cleaned. We waited in the area for several hours then had to find another place to stay an hour away. Never got a phone call just a review text at 10:30 that night and they said it had been cleaned. We did not go back after having to commit to another place since we never received and answer in a timely matter. Still trying to receive some kind of refund but haven’t seen it yet. Sara with vacassa was the only helpful person we talked to. Never using vacassa again for any property rental.
