Expect all the comforts of home but with epic mountain views when you book your stay in Paradise-103! You’ll enjoy a beautifully updated, modern-style kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island large enough to accommodate both a cooktop and bar seating for four. Well-equipped and fully stocked, you have everything you need to prepare a homestyle spread, three-course meal, or just a simple, on-the-go lunch.  
  
Everyone has plenty of room to spread out on the large, cozy sofa around a wood-burning fireplace. We supply the firewood!   
  
Pour a glass of wine and make your way through the sliding glass doors and out to the patio for unforgettable Rocky Mountain sunsets and breathtaking views of Washington Gulch and the town of Mt. Crested Butte.  
  
This two-bedroom condo features one queen bed and one twin bunk, so everyone has a place to rest comfortably. This unit also has two wonderfully remodeled bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and one with a shower/tub combo.  
  
With such comfortable accommodations, there is no problem putting the emphasis on your adventures! Just walk to the end of the parking lot, and ski down to the West Wall lift. Ski back in when you’ve had your fill!  
  
In summer, walk a few steps down the road to reach the Upper Loop trail. Or, walk/bike over to the resort in no time.   
  
In fall, the views of glittering, golden Aspen trees right outside your patio door will not disappoint.  
  
The mountain is calling… Book Paradise-103 to keep your adventures wild and your accommodations cozy!  
  
NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!  
  
Check-in instructions will be sent to the email address provided in your reservation! Please check your junk mail folder.  
  
There are three flights of stairs to access P-103.  
  
There are two parking spaces available for guests.  
  
Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.  
  
Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

On-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8am – midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. The sauna is open year-round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was overall a wonderful experience!! it was clean, had everything we needed, and we took the shuttle every day to the base. Communication was five star. The only thing was it was not ski in/out for us; as it was on a black run. My kiddos are not equipped to ski that yet. Just be aware of that when booking, but the shuttle made it easy. We loved our stay and would stay here again.

#### Fantastic ski on/ski off nicely renovated unit

We had a great stay. We loved that we could ski on/ski off (which is dependent on West Wall chair lift being in operation...and it was). The unit was very nicely renovated, and the decor was beautiful. The kitchen was nicely stocked. My advice would be to have some saran wrap/foil. I also thought a couple of coat hooks in entry hall would have been nice, but there is a closet right next to the door where coats can go. You do need to walk down three flights of stairs DOWN to the unit, no elevator. I would definitely stay in this unit again. Great views out the sliders. Crested Butte is my favorite place in colorado. Beautiful year round with lots to do with skiing, hiking, flower viewing, fall leaves viewing, off roading, mountain biking. Plenty of room with family of 4 adults. Having two bathrooms was so nice.
