The room was amazing my wife loved the pool and jacuzzi in the room. Staff was amazing the roses I ordered was placed with no issue. All the activity was amazing and it was a great place for me and the wife to reconnect and focus on us.

The apple garden of eden smelt like mold. It was no hot water Diane from the front desk was so very helpful. She upgraded our room to the champagne tower suite. The food was fantastic. It was prepared to order by a chef. Our waitress Kay was wonderful. Everyone was very professional and great. Especially the front desk. Needs upgraded.

nice resort but it has fallen into conditions that does not justiy the price from walking paths from rooms needing to be powerwashed tiles on the walk path from the rooms are missingin the ceiling outside the rooms amineties arent being maintained from bikes to basketball courts with hoops turned sideways basketballs with not air so how do you use them .staff was helpful and fun to talk to.investment in the property needs to be addresses .As a property manager i was suprised to see the the in such disray.

The place was clean however definitely needs a paint job - example bathroom door was chipped on the bottom. You only received 2 towels, so if you used the spa bathtub at night and took a shower in the morning you had a damp towel to use 😔 The lights above the bed would go on and off, reported to the front desk, was asked do you want maintenance to look at, I responded definitely don’t you what if there is a short and it starts a fire. No one ever came so we did not use the lights. With that said did not see until the morning - due to no lights over the bed- the sheets and 2 of the pillow cases had faded red stains on them which looked like faded blood - meaning sheets were washed, stains didn’t come out, sheets were reused. Requested housekeeping and they changed the sheets. On a positive - breakfast buffet was good, Justin was an excellent server, very attentive. Kudos to him. Liz at the front desk, upon check out I mentioned the above concerns to her and she stated that was unacceptable and will make sure it will be taken care of. Kudos to her.
