"New home in a new subdivision. Quiet neighborhood with the North Police Station at the entrance to the neighborhood and Fire Station 13 across the street. We found the house to have afequate space for all. It was nice to have a TV and fire pit on the porch. It was convenient to the college and other locations. We had a great stay. Thank you for making this available."

"This was a great stay! Juan was a fantastic host with great communication. Our family stayed here for 3 nights in August while visiting Lubbock for a friend's wedding. It was a very comfortable & clean place to stay, surprisingly spacious for our family of 8, and only 12 minutes from where we needed to be in Lubbock. The outside of the home shows some wear, but the inside looks brand new. The air conditioner kept it nice and cool inside, while it was 100 degrees outside. We felt totally safe the whole time in this location. There is a fenced front yard that our kids enjoyed playing in. The yard feels semi-private because of several train cars around it, which gave it a unique feel."

"The house was perfect for our getaway! Trent was wonderful to communicate with and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He even accommodated our request for an early check-in so we could get ready for an event, which we really appreciated. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, was exceptionally clean, and was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again."
