"This hotel has a great feel with the skylight coming in to the atrium. Every staff member we interacted with were wonderful! The guys that were working the restaurant and bar did a great job. The person at the front desk made sure that we were able to have the same room as our last stay making things very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was wonderful and very good coffee!"

"Room and property were clean, and location was great. I do wish they would have had better coffee service options - only the dry packets of creamer . . . in this day and age, they could do better. And a $6.93 charge for daily parking? That's a little petty in Lubbock, Texas. Otherwise, I would recommend the hotel and would stay again, but will probably bring my own creamer."
