"Everything functioned smoothly throughout my stay. The front office staff were efficient, courteous, and professionally accommodating. Compared to another hotel I had initially booked, the difference was refreshing. Quality Inn provided a much-needed sense of relief and a far more pleasant experience. Glad to have made that switch. "The room was clean even through there was construction going on. The plaza it is in had great things for essentials. The only issue I had was there was never got water for my shower. It only got lukewarm at best. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, and very comfortable. The amenities were nice and the space worked well for our needs. My only complaint was the kitchen supplies. One example is When we checked in, there was only a small amount of paper towel left. We ran out the first night and there were no extra rolls provided. I ended up having to use napkins from my vehicle as paper towels, which wasn’t ideal. Overall, it was a great stay and some small additions in the kitchen would make it even better for future guests."

"The place was rented as a 3-bdrm, 2 bath "home". Never was it disclosed that it was only the 2nd floor of a house. The owner says he "is not required to disclose". Nevertheless, I parked in the driveway and blocked-out a resident who I was unaware of. He was ringing my doorbell waking me at 11:15 PM and I eventually found him in the basement.......called police and 4 police arrived and isolated the "intruder". I left as soon as I could and founbd a hotrel at 12;30 AM."
