A few times the door could not open despite using the right code and the lock code wasn't locking the door.One main feedback from us: Host reached out to me via vrbo inbox asking me to interac a damage deposit fee of 250\. I told her vrbo indicated all payments go via website. We had a back and forth which ended up with her admitting her fault.
