Really a nice, clean, updated cabin with close access to a beautiful stretch of water (Little Pine Creek) and a beautiful 20 minute drive to the entrance to Pine Creek Valley and many other creeks that feed it. Lovely fishing, landscapes, birding. Really comfortable cabin. Looking forward to our next visit.

Very cute cottage in rural Pennsylvania. Close to parks and PA Grand Canyon.
Enjoyed every minute at your beautiful home. Thank you for the memories we will cherish forever. The house is beautiful and spotless. And if we forgot something, you had it right there. So convenient to kayak, fish and tube right from the back yard. We will definitely be back.
The property was very clean and everything was exactly as described. Halle was an amazing host. She was extremely responsive to all questions and very accommodating. She thought of everything to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. Will be back and would definitely recommend!
The cabin was even nicer than the pictures. Huge yard with room for whatever type of "backyard" games you could think of. Creek right in backyard perfect for fishing and swimming. The cabin itself feels "rustic" yet modern with fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, cable TV and wifi. The area feels fairly remote but still within 15-30 mins for a gas or grocery store. However, the host did have a supply of items you may need in a pinch which was thoughtful and convenient. Overall, it was a beautiful cabin in a beautiful area and we look forward to returning one day. Thank you!
We had a wonderful time at this cabin!! It had all the modern amenities of home but in a peaceful mountain setting. The creek frontage is beautiful 2 spots to have campfires and roast smores (which our wonderful host provided all the tools for!!!) We tubed from the house to the suspension bridge which was a blast!!! Beautiful trout fishing right near the back of the property!! I'm already planning my return!!
Our stay at Halle's lovely cabin was perfect from start to finish. It was extremely clean and very well-appointed. Halle thought of everything! Her guest guide was thorough and communication was impeccable.
The creek is absolutely lovely! The fire pit is safely designed and easy to manage. This is a popular fishing area so you may even see a few fly fisherman wading by.
Would absolutely visit again.... 5 STARS!
Our stay was everything we were looking for. It felt like home. Every need was met by the host. We came to the area for our grandsons graduation from high school. But wanted a vacation from South Carolina. The fishing for my husband was very important. He caught so many and the weather cooperated. He released all back to the water. Definitely we will return in the future!

The cabin was small-2-3 people maximum but was very well maintained and equipped with many many extras. Kitchen and bath items etc. Little extras that meant a lot. We missed a kitchen table not just for eating but how do you play cards or games? The outside- backyard and fire pit was great. The front porch was small and the afternoon sun was brutal on that porch. A back porch would be very valuable . The location was great because we were close to activities for swimming and hiking. Very charming and clean place!
Very clean and bed was super comfortable with nice clean sheets. There were a few issues that the owners are addressing that I’m sure will be fixed for the next folks that stay there. One issue that may or may not make a difference to the next people renting is that the shower is extremely small. If you’re thin/skinny no problem but if you weigh anything over, let’s say 150 pounds, beware as you can hardly turn around in the shower. But there were very clean and fluffy towels to dry off with. If you like to cook out on the fire, there are 2 fire pits. One is huge and the other is small. It is right on Pine Creek however, there’s really not a spot to go into the river safely. The river was extremely low so perhaps that was part of that issue. One thing you should definitely inquire about is the wifi. If you have a cell phone with all the options, not a problem I suppose, but we had an IPad and a Kindle Fire and no matter how you plugged in the username and password, you were not getting wifi. So that might be a deal breaker for some folks. Nice huge yard, quiet and in a great neighborhood though. Not far from Pine Creek Park where there is swimming altho the lake bottom has a tremendous amount of seaweed and big rocks. The cabin itself is set in a lovely area.
My husband, myself and our Beagle went to explore the Pa Grand Canyon and enjoy some mountain relaxation time. It was lovely! Such a cute place, clean and full of charm! The host was amazing and responsive!
We will be back!
Great area to stay and wonderful house. It was well updated and just what we were looking for with a state park about 10 minutes away. Host was excellent and communicated well.
We love the Waterville area. So many great mountain roads that lead to many great small towns! Add to that a cozy cottage on Little Pine Creek, a perfect combination! Halle provided a clear helpful guest guide. The cottage was very clean, stocked with all the essentials and was very welcoming. I was a bit nervous taking our 1 year old puppy on her first vacation, but she did great. Plenty of room to play in the backyard and she loved the creek and the squirrels! We took our own chair and sofa covers (our pup likes to hang with us on the furniture), but would not have needed to - Halle had blankets available. We enjoyed the eagles flying over the creek early in the morning and the campfire with an amazing starry sky. We live in the country, but can say I never saw that many stars! Great place to stay!
Host had everything needed at the property for my family to enjoy a great weekend away from home!
Kids played in the creek and was able to enjoy popcorn and s’mores provided by the property owner, never expected this kind treatment. Will definitely book with them again in the future.
This cute cabin was the perfect getaway for my family. Large yard with fire pits, and right on the creek. (Water was very low during our stay but it was perfect for my 18 month old son and dog to play in!) The only thing to note is that the second queen bed is available in the loft and must be accessed by stairs (which wasn’t any issue for us, but to be aware of if you have older guests.) Halle is an amazing hostess, welcoming you with a s’mores basket, and everything you need for your stay! Very friendly, easy to contact, quick to respond and easy check-in. Will definitely go back again.
