    • Live Music & Noise: The OMI Lofts are located directly above a bar and restaurant that offers live music, entertainment, and karaoke year-round. On Friday and Saturday nights, expect music and crowd noise until midnight or later, plus some sound from the restaurant and bar during regular business hours throughout the week. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer a quiet evening, this may not be the best fit for your stay.
    • Bigger Group? This unit can also be booked together with the studio next door. Check out OMI Studio in Creede, CO to reserve both spaces in one stay!
    • Stairs Only: The OMI Lofts are accessed by stairs only, with no elevator on the property. We don’t recommend this home for guests with mobility concerns.
    • No A/C: As is common in the area, this property does not have air conditioning.
    • No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Thank you for understanding!
    • Longer Stays: Stays over 30 days require a mid-stay cleaning, with an additional cleaning every 30 days after that. Cleaning fees are an additional guest expense.

Amazing Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area! The location was perfect — right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to restaurants, and shops. We walked everywhere!The apartment felt completely brand new and was impeccably clean! Everything was thoughtfully set up, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were especially amazing — super cozy and made it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after long days.VRC was so helpful throughout booking and during our stay. Communications were great - quick, friendly, and professional - and they made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay.The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town!

The property was very cute and clean. However it is located above a bar and on weekends is VERY loud until midnight - earplugs and noise machines do not help at all Also, there is another unit above this one that creates more noise when it is in use. In the future I would only stay here on weekdays when the bar is closed or closes early.
