  • Beautiful, rustic house "Zoé". In the centre Créances, 5 km from the centre of Lessay, 13 km from the centre of La Haye-du-Puits, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: property 450 m2 (fenced) with lawn, parking on the premises. Shop 20 m, supermarket 250 m, restaurant 20 m, bus stop "LESSAY_Abbatiale" 3.7 km, sandy beach 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 19 km.
    "Zoé", 2-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and TV. Exit to the garden. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Top floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 2 beds. 1 room with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 french bed. Electric heating. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Garden. Barbecue, deck chairs (3), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
