Apartment with the third-best view in Crans-Montana of the valley and the Valais Alps. Located on the second floor, facing due south, with a spacious balcony, it is 2 minutes from the SMC train station and the free shuttle buses, and a 5-minute walk on flat ground to the centre of Montana. Ideal for a car-free holiday, although it does have a parking space on the north side. It can accommodate 2 couples in separate bedrooms or 1 couple with 2 children. The forest and a playground are right nearby.

This apartment features two main areas: a living room with a dining area and a sofa bed for two, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. You can also enjoy the outdoor area, which offers a spectacular view of the valley. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal for a stay that combines comfort and convenience. Everything has been designed to offer you a memorable experience in the mountains.

There are no additional fees to expect other than the tourist tax, which must be paid after the reservation is finalised. The tourist tax, collected by Swiss municipalities, applies to all stays within Switzerland. It helps fund the cultural, tourist, and sports facilities that enhance your stay.

Laundry fees, including sheets and linens, are included for the amount found in the apartment upon arrival, corresponding to the number of people for whom the reservation was made.

The apartment is located in a building along the main road, but despite this, the area remains very peaceful. Its proximity to the centre of Crans-Montana makes it a remarkably well-located spot. With all the resort’s attractions nearby, you won’t get bored. The Crans-Montana SMC train station is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Several buses run throughout the resort for free.

Renovation work will begin in the neighbouring apartment in the coming weeks and may occasionally cause noise or other disturbances related to the construction.
