"The problem with this property as of early March is that there is so much construction going on, it is not welcoming. Instead of closing off one section of the hotel, the crews working are all over the place. Every other room had open doors with building supplies, the hallways had paint cans just lying around. The hot tub had been waiting for a part because it was too hot to enter, and then the next day, the pool was closed too. The breakfast was fine, and the room was clean, but there was no fan in the bathroom. It may be a great place to stay when all is complete, but it wasn't upon our stay. Paying extra for a hot tub that doesn't work isn't cool."

"Great place to stay right outside of Grand Rapids. Close to anything you could need. Rooms were very clean and beds and pillows were properly secured to avoid the dreaded bed bug. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful. "

That was a big hole and a wall behind the main door and dead roaches and real roaches crawling all over the place bathroom and in the main room and they didn't have a night attended readily available.
