"parking is easy, staff is pleasant, rooms are clean, i don't get breakfast."

"The problem with this property as of early March is that there is so much construction going on, it is not welcoming. Instead of closing off one section of the hotel, the crews working are all over the place. Every other room had open doors with building supplies, the hallways had paint cans just lying around. The hot tub had been waiting for a part because it was too hot to enter, and then the next day, the pool was closed too. The breakfast was fine, and the room was clean, but there was no fan in the bathroom. It may be a great place to stay when all is complete, but it wasn't upon our stay. Paying extra for a hot tub that doesn't work isn't cool."

"First time walking in the room and it smelled like cigarette/ marijuana smoke and the blankets had a burn in it. My door was off track and I would have to lift it up to close it. The one wash cloths was ripped and stained. I told the front desk and the guy just said okay and did nothing about it. I then got stuck in the elevator and I told the front desk and the woman that was there said it happens and it’s okay all you got to do it pull the doors open."

"The room was roach infested. The shower did not work properly. The bathroom door handle was broken. That was a big hole and a wall behind the main door and dead roaches and real roaches crawling all over the place bathroom and in the main room and they didn't have a night attended readily available. You have to call him from a special phone only in the lobby"

"The host was very helpful with the issues that we had. The site had very nice towels and was clean on arrival. Kitchen was very small and had only a tiny table and two stools for seating. Kitchenware was adequate. Toaster should be discarded because it is a burn hazard. Microwave quit working but was promptly replaced with a new one. Pipes froze one time and required us to vacate the unit for half a day until they were fixed.Biggest complaint was the TV setup, which only functioned about half the time and had frequent loss of internet connection. e.g. it quit right in the middle of the Superbowl, and we missed most of a quarter until we could get it back online again. This happened 3 or more times every day and was very annoying."
