Crystal-clear waters surround this island paradise where snorkelling the Palancar Reef reveals vibrant fish and coral formations. Take the ferry from Playa del Carmen early morning for the best visibility, then rent a jeep to explore uncrowded beaches along the eastern shore.
I can't rate this property highly enough. With only 7 duplex villas the staff quickly get to know each guest by name and are welcoming and take an interest in what you are doing, and if there is anything they can do to help. Carly, the property manager is amazing, friendly, polite, cheerful, and always willing to have a chat even when she is busy.

The hotel is lovely, it was quite quiet when I was there which was nice and they let me have a late checkout. The cabin was lovely with 3 double beds in it (was quite expensive though for off season). The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, the only thing was the hot water only lasted for about a minute then it was gone which is not great when washing your hair and the showerhead was not the greatest.
The staff were absolutely lovely.

The owner is very helpful and goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. Beautiful courtyard garden to relax outside the room. Rooms are immaculately clean.

Lovely apartment a 10 min walk from town and lots of restaurants. Apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. This is not a hotel, so maids do not come in everyday. Rooftop pool area was great, we really enjoyed our stay and was great value for money compared to a hotel. Street parking was available if you hire a car. Staff were friendly and explained everything perfectly on check in

We stayed here March 2016 - what a lovely hotel. Small beach with loungers for hotel guests great snorkelling from the beach. Husband went diving from the dive shop next door and had the best dive he has ever had! He saw turtles, lobsters the size of small dogs, sting ray and an abundance of fish and coral. Lovely food in the restaurant too from their 'new' menu. We wished we had stayed longer.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were very nice and good range of food choices with very good quality with great service from the top quality staff.
Room was great with own bar and water etc housekeeping was little hit and miss some days but I easily sorted.
Beware you will have to experience the usual sales team trying to get you to sign up to various memberships. We knew what we were getting into with the presentation but you do get resort credits which was great for the...

Well what can I say,an excellent hotel 5 minutes from the main ferry terminal.
The reception (Francesca) was super friendly and quick. We were shown to our room which was lovely and bright.
The amenities in our room (103) were great, which included a decent hairdryer, towels for the bathroom and rooftop pool, netflix is available on the large TV.
The roof terrace gives fantastic views across the town and sea.
Breakfast isn't provided however the lobby has free coffee and pastries throughout the...
