"This hotel is great for divers . There is a dive shop on site and more next door. The restaurant opens one hour before dive boat goes. You also can walk around to some shops if you want or other restaurants. You can rent a car at the front desk if you want. Less than 5 minutes to one of the national parks by car. Oh and nice shore dive right out front of the hotel "

"The resort is in a great location along a reef. Ocean swimming and snorkeling are great right from the resort. Unfortunately the old Sunscape Sabor resort that is directly adjacent to the Dreams is under construction and it is very noisy. We were very close to the construction and were not notified. "

"We had such a pleasant stay at Cozumel! The rooms were very clean and we loved that it came with a hammock. The food was honestly very satisfactory for an all inclusive — we enjoyed the snack bar and restaurant a lot! Just make sure you ask for the hours of each (buffet/snack bar/restaurant) so you are aware. The bar also had great drinks! All of our activities were booked through the hotel as well which was very helpful. You can snorkel and dive at the hotel but we also booked ATV riding, cenote swimming, and stingray meeting! Tony at the resort who hosted our karaoke was great :) all the staff were very very friendly. "

"Disappointed. Food was mediocre. Never hot, usually cold. Poor selection of food in the buffet area. Waiting in lines for an omelet was extremely long., Service was slow or food never came. Lighting in bathroom was very poor, difficult to see anything. Offered great deals on excursion but then told had to go through a 90 minute presentation on a Member Plan to get the deals. Lasted 2.5 hours.... painful high pressures sales. Has a tiny beach and not other beachfront to walk along."
