Every bedroom & Living area offers heating & cooling. Separate lounge with TV for the kids. No WiFi. Fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer. Central bathroom with bath and shower. Separate toilet. Driveway parking for 1 car. Narrow street for parking extra cars. Bedding Configuration is as follows: Sleeps 8-10 Bed 1: 1 Queen with en-suite. Bed 2: 1 Queen Bed 3: 1 Queen Bed 4: 2 Singles Plus sofa fold out double couch in back lounge room, suitable for small people. This property can provide all bedding and linen including towels, bathmats - $80 extra charge for linen & towels. GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES! Reviewer Comments: Our recent stay at Genesta street was lovely, I thought initially that being 2 properties on the one block this house would be small and uncomfortable. It was the opposite, plenty of space and many bedrooms for larger families , lots of natural light, air conditioning, clean linen and the location is absolutely perfect!
