The house has reverse cycle heating and cooling, a balcony overlooking a lake & parkland, 2 TV's, situated 4 mins drive to Cowes or you can walk to the beach (approx 1 km). Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, reverse cycle air conditioner and heating, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, FREE WIFI. Bedroom 1. 1 x Queen bed with ceiling fan Bedroom 2. 1 x Double bed with ceiling fan Bedroom 3\. 2 x Single beds, with ceiling fan 1 x bathroom LINEN NOT SUPPLIED Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival. GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES! GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
