Only minutes walk to the beach and town. Enter from Steele Street, parking at the front of unit for 1 car. Stunning outdoor pool with great kids playground. Perfect for families or groups of friends for a well deserved break. Each unit has its own private deck with outdoor tables, chairs and BBQ. This downstairs 2 bedroom unit, can sleep a total of 4 guests: ALL LINEN & TOWELS ARE PROVIDED AND BEDS MADE UP Bedroom 1 - 1 x queen bed Bedroom 2 - 2 x single beds Sofa bed in lounge room if required, suitable for 1\. Can sleep a total of 4 guests. This unit is on the lower level on the right hand side (looking at the picture). This Small Block of units consists of 3 UNITS within the building. Shared laundry facilities. Rent one and relax with the family or Rent all 3 and relax with family and friends and have your own private mini resort. NO WIFI ard prior to your arrival OR on check in. NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES! GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school grad uate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Ccharges may apply for any butts found on the property. Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond. CANCELLATION POLICY Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately. The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in. Ideally situated less than 100m from the beach and the Main Street, it was a quiet and idyllic spot to stay. The apartment has everything you need and is beautifully presented. There were stains on the couch cushions, dust on many surfaces, hair on the nightstands and hand prints on high touch areas which made us feel as though it was not thoroughly cleaned. The dishwashing brush was also black with grease so we used the dishwasher for everything. It is in general a bit dated. A couple of other things to note about this unit: the cars for both unit 2 and 3 are parked directly outside, so it does not have much privacy. There is also no soundproofing between this unit and the one above. Every footstep can be heard.
