These units are in the perfect position in Cowes. Only minutes walk to the beach and town. Enter from Steele Street, parking for 1 car at front of unit. Stunning outdoor pool with great kids playground. Perfect for families or groups of friends for a well deserved break. Each unit has its own private deck with outdoor tables, chairs and BBQ. This upstairs, 2 bedroom unit, can sleep a total of 4 guests. Balcony with gate over looks the pool. ALL LINEN & TOWELS ARE PROVIDED AND BEDS MADE UP Bedroom 1 - 1 x queen bed Bedroom 2 - 2 x single beds Sofa bed in lounge room if required, suitable for 1\. Can sleep a total of 4 guests. This unit is on the upper level on the right hand side (looking at the picture). This Small Block of units consists of 3 UNITS within the building. Shared laundry facilities. Rent one and relax with the family or Rent all 3 and relax with family and friends and have your own private mini resort. NO WIFI GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES! GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in. Very slow oven. Dripping shower, awkward to adjust and affected by use in other units, it seemed. uncomfortable dining chairs, too low for the table. Location was perfect- walking distance to beach, parks, shopping & restaurants. We really enjoyed it. Our only concern was that the light attention of the stairs wasn’t working. Stairs were very dark heading downstairs and I had a fall on the second last step. We were unable to report it to the manager over the weekend as they were closed.
