Everyone was helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean! My only suggestion would be for breakfast service, especially during busy periods, they need to keep up with the food and coffee. Waited awhile to refill coffee and food

Pros- comfy beds, including pillows and bedding. Nice size room and bathroom. Breakfast- GF muffins were available if requested. Good location to creation museum and Ark. also about 20 mins from Cincinnati zoo. Cons- bathroom could have been cleaner. (Bottom of Shower door and corners of bathroom floor) You can hear whoever is above you, sounds like an elephant walking around. Employees could be more welcoming. Would stay here again. I’d give it 3 stars!

The staff was great. It was a quiet area with many restaurants close by. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the room was sparsely furnished. One uncomfortable chair with a table instead of a desk. We had to sit on the bed to watch tv.

Room furnishings were just tired overall but bathroom did not feel clean. There was obvious water damage in bathroom that was never repaired. Carpet felt sticky. Not a completely comfortable stay.
