"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "This has been an amazing experience, from exceptional staff meeting us, then arranging to hold our luggage till the room opened (we arrived very early from a flight). Then the staff matched our first day room, with our tour group next 3 days, to allow us to stay in the same room. Both restaurant and breakfast are exceptional, with great staff. Good and drink 5 of 5 stars. Overall, the hotel is a masterpiece! And our partial ocean view small suite is wonderful, with good view of city and ocean."

"I booked 3 rooms in the same category and price point, 2 rooms were what we were expecting and my room was about half the size of the other two rooms. It stunk like an ashtray and when we went to use the shower, it didn't drain and flooded the bathroom. We were told that the maintenance person had left for the day. (It was around 6pm) There was no follow up, no offer for a different room. Just had to stay in a room that smelled like cigarettes and had an unusable shower. Terrible."
