The location is at Juan Flore resort - between the centre of Juan les Pins and Golf Juan at the French Riviera - 20.minutes from Nice. The resort has approx. 450 apartments with swimming pool in the middle and private garage. In addition to first class beach and nice swimming water, you will find nice restaurants and bars just 10 min walking to Juan les Pins. The domain is well cared for and appears to be very secure which is an important asset in this part of the world. The apartment is reasonably well equipped ( although British visitors may regret the absence of a toaster and microwave!). However, in some respects it needs a bit more care. For example, one of the two external armchairs shown in the photos is broken and accessing the wifi proved to be a bit of a challenge owing to inadequate instructions. The arrival/reception arrangements are poor, as they rely on the cleaning agency and the response of the previous tenants to instructions from the owner. In our case, this left us without the required access keys and we had to be “rescued “ by Julie, a very helpful lady from that agency. Dazu ausgestattet mit einem privaten Parkplatz. was braucht man mehr an der Cote? Insbesondere die Terrasse mit 2 Seiten hatte trotz Hitze immer eine frische Brise. Klimaanlage in Schlafzimmern erlaubt eine angenehme Nacht. Einziger Wehmutstropfen … die knatternden Motorräder an der Straße - aber das ist halt Frankreich. Die Bahnlinie stört akustisch nicht. Cependant le fait qu’il n’y ait pas d’accueil à l’arrivée et au départ est très dérangeant. Il faut aller chercher les clés à l’agence qui explique vite fait où il faut aller. J’ai mis 15 min pour trouver l’appartement. En arrivant j’ai trouvé une terrasse très sale et les chaises et les transats empilés sur la table (tous les éléments étaient sales). Les rails des fenêtres, le sol derrière les meubles et les radiateurs n’en parlons pas. On a pris deux heures pour nettoyer. La salle de bains et les placards et la machine à laver étaient très sales aussi. Et on a repris encore du temps pour nettoyer. La couette était très tachée. Il manque un sèche-cheveux. La plaque de cuisson est compliqué pour des personnes âgées. On n’a pas réussi à faire marcher la télé (elle n’est disponible qu’en langue norvégienne) et on n’a pas reçu d’assistance. On a quand même reçu 50 euros de dédommagement mais je conseille de revoir les éléments ci-dessus. ##### Paola Claudia R. Auch diverse Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Bäcker mit tollen frischen Baguettes ist nur 5-7 Minuten entfernt. Die ausgedehnte Appartementanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet mit einem Pool in der Mitte. Wichtig: Das Auto steht sicher auf dem abgeschlossenen Parkplatz. Das Appartement hatte wirklich alles was man braucht. Vielleicht ist hier und da ein wenig Renovierung angebracht. Der Kontakt mit Vermieter und Hausmeisterservice ist wirklich schnell und kompetent. La grande piscine est très sympa entourée d'une belle végétation. Il manque cependant certaines choses dans l'appartement mais rien de très important (grille pain, micro-onde, balai, 1 seule télécommande pour la climatisation des 2 chambres, bassine, TV en français). Malheureusement sa description ne correspond pas à la réalité. Il n'y a pas 2 salles de bain mais une seule. A cause d'une maintenance inexistante, la télévision et internet ne fonctionne plus. Dans ce cas un document explicant le fonctionnement de l'appartement aurait été indispensable. Le contact que donne le propriétaire pour récupérer les clés ne s'occupe que du ménage. Die Anreise war unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit dem Office problemlos. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, schön angelegt und blitzsauber. Sehr angenehm war die Nutzung des großen Pools nach einem Tag am Meer. Vom der Anlage ist man in 2 min am Strand von Juan les Pins. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass vor allem am Wochenende viele Autos und Motorroller zu hören sind. Sehr schön in der Wohnung ist der große Balkon und die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles ist rundum zu empfehlen. ##### Susanne K.
