But when i give back keys, guy who check challet say all is good and clean, nothing to broken etc. He say - reception madam today are off but i see you paid deposit and all papers are there. Tommorow she come to work, and see papers, and send back your deposit. Communication was excellent before and during our stay, he was incredibly responsive and truly went above and beyond. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The bedding was especially comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing family getaway.
